The undersigned, also known as the model, by his/her signature below, does hereby irrevocably consent to be photographed by a representative of PZP Productions. Photographed encompasses, still photography (digital electronic photographs and/or printed photographs), and/or video tape/film photography or any media deemed to be photography. The undersigned revokes any and all rights to said photographs and negatives and/or video tapes/film.

The undersigned will receive monetary compensation for his/her photographs and shall not expect nor will they receive compensation for any sanctioned use of said photographs by PZP Productions, their agents and/or their representatives. Sanctioned use meaning print media, advertising, merchandise/promotional material, electronic retrieval systems (the Internet/World Wide Web) or any media which PZP Productions representatives see appropriate for use in all domestic and foreign markets.

The undersigned may be called upon for "Obligation For Correction", meaning if for some reason the original photographs/video/film are not useable for any reason what so ever, the model in question shall return for a "re-shoot" at no additional compensation to said model.

The undersigned revokes any and all rights to any royalties which may be derived by PZP Productions, it's representatives by reselling/redistributing said photographs/video/film to any sources which it finds acceptable, for use in all domestic and foreign markets.

The undersigned shall be responsible for any arbitration liability which may be incurred due to his/her taking legal action against PZP Productions, it's agents or it's representatives.
